Romantic Summer Wedding at Grand Gimeno
Hailey and her bridesmaids and Eric and his groomsmen got ready inside the Powder Room and Parlor at Grand Gimeno and posed for photos with their respective groups around the venue. The bride and her bridesmaids were all dressed in white and held bouquets of white and green flowers while the groom and his groomsmen were suited up in black. After pictures together, the wedding party lined up for the ceremony.
Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed Hailey and Eric’s guest book, then took a seat. White flowers and greenery lined the aisle and marked the ceremony space ahead. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances and Hailey and Eric had their first look down the aisle. Together in front of all their closest friends and loving family, the bride and groom recited their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
Tray passed Polote and Mini Al Pastor Tacos made their rounds in the Olive Grove while Wood-Fired Burrata and Classic BBQ Chicken Pizzas were served. To wash it all down, guests could choose from beer, wine, soft drinks, or Whiskey Sour and Skinny Margarita signature cocktails at the bar. Once the sun began to set, everyone checked the seating chart and headed inside.
Tables were topped with white candles and fresh floral centerpieces. Eric and Hailey made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Toasts were shared and Chicken Fajitas, Barbacoa Shredded Beef, Refried Beans, Spanish Rice, and Mexican Caesar Salad was served. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Lauren. After dinner the couple cut into their wedding cake and invited guests to indulge in a sweet treat for dessert. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves and taking a break to enjoy the cigar lounge outside.
