Summer Floral Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Estelle and Josh met in the Grand Gimeno Foyer for their first look on the afternoon of their wedding. A tap on the shoulder signaled Josh to turn around, and standing before him was his beautiful bride dressed in an off-the-shoulder wedding dress. The couple shared sweet compliments and private vows, then posed for photos together and with their wedding party. The bridesmaids were dressed in shades of pink and neutrals while the groomsmen were dressed in black suits to match Josh. Together the group smiled for the camera creating lasting memories for years to come, then lined up for the ceremony.
Guests entered the Olive Grove, snapped a photo to add to the guest book, then found a seat. White and peach floral arrangements lined the aisle and marked the head where Estelle and Josh would soon stand. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their friends and family, Josh and Estelle read their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
The Olive Grove became filled with the aroma of Wood-Fired Neapolitan and Classic BBQ Chicken Pizzas which had guests lining up at the pizza oven for a cocktail hour slice! Meanwhile, Sticky Pork Belly Bites, Crab Cakes, and Seared Ahi Tuna on Wonton Chips were tray passed, and beer and wine were served at the bar. Selfies were snapped and good times were had, and just as the sun began to set, everyone headed inside for the reception.
Tables were topped with tall taupe candlesticks, floral centerpieces, and bud vases filled with fresh flowers. Estelle and Josh made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Toasts were shared while Honey and Ginger Glazed Salmon and Filet Mignon Carvery with Greek Lemon Potatoes, Asian Cucumber Salad, and Pear and Walnut Salad was served. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Brittany. During the meal, Josh performed a violin solo to surprise Estelle, and Estelle and her bridesmaids performed a special dance for Josh. After dinner and the performances, the newlyweds popped champagne and cut into their white wedding cake with cappuccino creme filling. Guests were invited to also indulge in something sweet by grabbing whatever treat caught their eye in our Italian Dessert Collection with an assortment of Fresh Fruit Tarts, Chocolate Dipped Cannoli, Florentine Cookies, Meyer Lemon Cheesecake Bars, and Mini Italiano Tiramisu Cupcakes. The evening ended with lots of dancing and a glow stick send-off.
