Bright Floral Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Alexa and Courtney got ready inside Grand Gimeno’s VIP suites, popped champagne with friends, then met outside in the Courtyard for their first look together. Smiles filled their faces when they saw each other for the first time that day and happy tears were shed. After showering one another in compliments, the couple joined their wedding party for group photos, then lined up for the ceremony.
Guests entered the Olive Grove, snapped a selfie to add to the photo guest book, then found a seat. Vibrant floral arrangements lined the aisle and came together to form the ceremony backdrop arch. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Alexa and Courtney. Together in front of all their friends and family, the couple read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
Fig, Goat Cheese, and Mascarpone Tarts, Mini Ahi Tacos, and Caprese Skewers were tray passed around the Olive Grove while guests lined up for slices of Wood-Fired Classic Pepperoni and Neapolitan Pizzas. To wash it all down, the bar served up Paloma and French 75 signature cocktails along with beer and wine. A gold, mauve pink, ivory, and light blue lounge provided a stylish and comfortable place for guests to sit back and enjoy their cocktail hour refreshments. When the sun began to set, everyone checked the fortune cookie seating chart and headed inside for the reception.
Tables were topped with colorful, tall candles, teal linen napkins, and bright floral centerpieces. Everyone took a seat and Alexa and Courtney made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Pear and Walnut Salad was served first followed by Classic Filet Mignon and Roasted Atlantic Salmon Filet with Haricot Verts and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes as guests shared toasts. The dinner menu was selected by the newlyweds with help from our event specialist, Selena. After dinner, Courtney and Alexa cut into their wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in our Gourmet Dessert Station with a collection of Mini Lemon Meringue Tarts, Berry Champagne Macarons, Raspberry Chocolate Decadence, Mini Carrot Cupcakes, and Caramel Cream with Lemon Curd and Praline Crisp Dessert Shots. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves and sacking on a late night sack of Fried Chicken and Waffle Bites.
